“Hey Dan, Just an idea…..
I looked at our new Vday Special it feels very very stiff.. I was thinking in the text explaining the price we should word it a little different more like a single occupancy price special just for the holiday.. Try to soften it a little it.. I don’t mean to step on any toes just giving my feeling on it…”
Justin (Your Humble Barn Manager, and Direct Supervisory Boss of your only other employee, Adam)
Ok, Justin, What if we tell them that the normal rate is $199/night per couple and $149/night/single…. BUT if they share a bed, we can give them the “Single Rate,” like “two-for-one.” Saves guests $50/night and we (meaning you) have less laundry to do after they go home! Also, I bought a case of inexpensive but very drinkable Oregon Champagne, will sell for about $10/bottle and restocked the nice French Pinot Noir that we finished, will sell for about $16.
BTW, this page has been up less than 24 hours, and already 43 unique visitors! Three folks have called about a Murder Mystery, so it looks very likely that we’ll play!
So, Justin, should I mention that we have 35 other wines in the liquor store (at normal liquors store, NOT outrageous restaurant prices, or do ya think that’s too pushy?
