Our Lodge Staff play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for guests while enjoying the beauty and adventure of ranch life. What You’ll Get:
- Compensation: $14.81/hour + a share of weekly tips
- Perks: Free housing, delicious meals, and access to all ranch activities, including hiking, rifle range practice, horseback riding, and more—at no charge!
- Schedule: 40 hours/week, typically 5 days on and 2 days off. Overtime (pre-arranged) is paid at time and a half.
What You’ll Do:
Every day is different! Your morning might start with breakfast service, followed by dishwashing and housekeeping. Later, you could explore a hiking trail or join guests at the rifle range, then wrap up the day by assisting with supper service or leading an evening activity.
Here’s what your responsibilities include:
- Set and bus tables; assist with meal prep and cleanup
- Wash and store dishes after meals
- Keep dining areas sparkling clean and guest needs fully met (think drink refills, serving platters, and a friendly smile!)
- Deep clean guest suites twice weekly (Wednesday & Saturday)
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas like bathrooms, rec rooms, and porches—sometimes more than once a day (fun can get messy!)
- Stay on top of laundry cycles to keep everything fresh
- Water flowers, sweep porches, and keep the ranch tidy by picking up trash and clutter
- Respond to guest requests—whether it’s an extra blanket, a fan, or a humidifier, you’re the go-to problem solver
