Our Colorado dude ranch is nestled conveniently close to some of the nation’s finest rodeos, just in time for the summer season to kick off the rodeo festivities! Greeley Stampede: June 26 – July 7

Celebrating 95 years of tradition, the Greeley Stampede is a hallmark of Northern Colorado culture. Conveniently located just a short drive from our Colorado guest ranch, this historic rodeo features an impressive musical lineup including T.I with Waka Flocka Flame, Chris Young with Hailey Whitters, We the Kingdom with Colton Dixon, Cheap Trick, Shane Smith, and Old Dominion. Alongside the PRCA rodeo action, the Stampede hosts thrilling events such as demolition derbies and bullfighting, complemented by a top-notch carnival open daily throughout the event.

Cheyenne Frontier Days: July 19 – 28

Experience the essence of Western heritage at the world’s largest rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days. With a legacy dating back to 1897, this event is a testament to American rodeo history. Witness the iconic “Walking of the Steers,” a stirring spectacle as hundreds of steers journey three miles to the rodeo grounds. Enjoy captivating aerobatic displays by the United States Air Force Thunderbirds, indulge in a chuckwagon cook-off showcasing the best of Western cuisine, and explore arts and crafts vendors offering unique treasures. Musical performances by Turnpike Troubadours, Jason Aldean, Jelly Roll, Machine Gun Kelly, T-Pain & Ludacris, Lainey Wilson, and Thomas Rhett add to the excitement of Frontier Days, running from July 19 to the 28th, just over an hour’s drive from our dude ranch in Colorado.

Larimer County Fair and Rodeo: August 2 – 6

Embraced by our community, the Larimer County Fair and Rodeo is not only a PRCA rodeo event but also a showcase of the hard work of local 4-H participants. This event serves as a platform for these youngsters to exhibit their dedication and gain firsthand knowledge of farm-to-table operations, fostering the future generation of farmers and ranchers. With an enticing carnival, art vendors, and a brew fest catering to the region’s burgeoning interest in craft beer, the fair promises a delightful experience. Held from August 2nd to the 6th at the Ranch complex in Loveland, just a short drive from our ranch.
